What is the specificity of a knitted coat
Externally, a coat and a cardigan can be very similar, but not in vain they have completely different names. Production of basic parts

The cuff of the sleeve is made exactly with a garter stitch, then they switch to the hosiery and raise the fabric to the level of the armhole. At the same time, 3-5 loops on each side are added uniformly (approximately after 5-8 cm).
The knit is knitted as follows:
- In each front row, 3-5 loops are reduced by 1 loop.
- Sew open loops to the armhole of the front and back with a knitted seam.
Using this method of joining parts is the only way to avoid the appearance of coarse and ugly seams.
Loops previously set aside are transferred to circular knitting needles and the remaining loops get along the neckline. This is the first row of the hood. He is knitted with hosiery, but the bar continues to be woven.
At a height of 20-25 cm, the canvas is folded in half and open stitches are sewn together.
Then they knit pockets, decorate them with tassels and sew in the right places.
