Elena Yanushko: description of copyright methods, review of books, reviews

Elena Yanushko, a well-known teacher and specialist in early development, developed her own methodology for the formation of cognitive interest and creative abilities among preschool children. The author offers more than 200 fascinating books that introduce kids to the world around them, teach them to think, analyze, and draw conclusions. “Each child is unique and has many talents in it,” says Elena Yanushko, “help the baby!”

A bit about the author

Elena Yanushko was born in 1973. In 1991 she entered the Moscow Pedagogical Institute. In 1996 she defended her diploma in the specialty of “correctional pedagogy”, and since then has been working with children. Each of them needs an individual approach and in order for the classes to be effective, Elena used different methods, changed existing ones and came up with something new.

In 1997, Elena began working as a researcher at the Institute of Correctional Pedagogy, where she gained valuable knowledge and experience. In 2003, her first speech development manual came out. Elena Yanushko became a mother in 2005, the birth of a daughter brought not only happiness, but also many amazing discoveries.

Teaching practice

In 2009, Elena takes part in the development of the “School of the Seven Dwarfs”, gives consultations on the upbringing and development of children, and is involved in the Igroteka project in Mosaic.

In 2011, on the basis of the “Bell” kindergarten, Yanushko leads an early development club. A year later he became the author of educational programs.

In 2013, a second daughter was born, and Elena created the series “Developmental Learning”. In 2014, “Exmo” released sets of materials for creativity and the first book in this series “Modeling”. In 2015, Elena Yanushko’s best-selling book “Help Your Baby Talk!” Was published.

To date, the author has more than 200 published books.

Author's technique. 1 to 2 years

The kit includes manuals covering all the main aspects of development: speech, sensory, attention, thinking, imagination, memory. Books introduce kids to the outside world, teach the basics of mathematics, drawing, modeling, working with applications. The kit includes:

1. “Help the baby speak!” - A book for parents whose children are just learning to learn the world. In addition to the theoretical part, much attention is paid to practical exercises. From the book of Elena Yanushko “Help the baby speak!” readers will learn the norms of speech development, the advice of the author-practitioner: what you need to pay attention to, is it worth it or not to go to a speech therapist, how to help your baby yourself. And also - what is required for homework, how to build it, at what age to learn poetry, what questions a three-year-old baby should know. The book will be useful to all parents, without exception, because the author offers not only exercises for the development of speech, but also related ones: the development of breathing, motor skills, attention, memory.
2. “Annual course” includes materials for babies from 1 to 2 on the development of speech, modeling, application. A small introduction is a theory, then on each page there are cheerful and vivid illustrations, stories compiled by a speech therapist, with a fascinating story and games.
   
3. “Educational cards. Painting". This manual includes instructions for adults and 10 educational cards. They can be painted with paints and felt-tip pens, they can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth, and cards can be sculpted.
4. “Educational cards. Modeling". What is included in it? Instructions for parents, 10 cards that teach the child the basics of plane modeling. Cards are easily cleaned with a napkin, and can also be used for drawing.
5. The book of Elena Yanushko “100 exercises” contains tasks for the development of speech, sensory development, which introduce kids to the world around them.

Author's technique. 2 to 3 years

The set includes such manuals as the previous one: “Annual course”, “Cards for drawing and modeling”, “100 exercises”. Tasks and exercises are designed for children from 2 to 3 years. Nursery rhymes, rhymes, riddles, stories from pictures will teach the kid active speech, introduce the size and form, quantity and color.

It should be noted that the drawings were executed perfectly, they accurately reflect the emotions and actions of the characters, which will teach the child to determine feelings, actions: “the bunny rides”, “sweeps”, “rejoices, smiles”. This set of the author’s technique is supplemented by the development cards “Design and applications”.

Reviews

These are great learning tools for your baby. Vivid illustrations attract even the smallest, most importantly, the child learns a lot. If, for example, a bird is in the picture, the facts about it are immediately given: where it lives, what it eats, how it talks. Immediately the task is to show how the bird flaps its wings. That is, the child is fully involved in the learning process.

Small stories, gradually becoming more complicated, teach kids to follow the plot, see causal relationships and, of course, introduce new words. In drawing tasks, you can do with pencils, sponge or fingers. It would seem that there is something special? But the exercises are presented in such a way that the child first learns to paint over a three-dimensional drawing, and by the end of the book - draw thin lines.
