The role-playing game The Elder Scrolls Skyrim is famous for its variability and great opportunities for creating items. Craft consists of several stages. First, the character must pump blacksmithing skills, then collect the necessary resources and process them. Only after this begins the creation of the armor and weapons themselves. One of the components for crafting are mercury ore ingots. We will figure out where to get them and how to create them.
What does an ingot consist of?
It is worth noting immediately that this item is not mined in finished form. First you need to procure or buy regular mercury ore. Two units of raw material are spent on creating one ingot. A resource is used to craft elven and Nordic armor or weapons. For each element of armor, one ingot of mercury ore is required, and two units are required for weapons.
Resource location
Mercury ore can be bought from merchants in the world of Skyrim. If you decide to buy all the resources for crafting, then the armor will cost you a pretty round amount, so we will analyze a more profitable way to get mercury ore ingots.
On the world map you can find a mercury mine. It is located in Dunstar. Set off along the west coast of the city towards the marina. Mine is nearby. A smelter is located near it, in which it is possible to process the extracted resources.
Work is already in full swing inside the mine. You can observe the extraction of minerals aside or take part in it. In the first large hall there are two veins. Rollback of each of them is 10 gaming days. At the top level, you can find some ready-made pieces if you are more careful. At the lower level there are two more cores and a book of skills, which will increase the skill of blacksmithing.
After receiving the necessary amount of resources, we go to the smelter for the manufacture of ingots of mercury ore. It is worth noting that during crafting the level of blacksmithing will increase, so you get a double benefit: prepare items for future armor and level the character.
Cheat codes
If you are not interested in honest passage, then use the codes with the ID-index of the subject. You need to open the console by pressing the "~" key. Then enter the command player.additem 0005ADA0 X, where instead of X is the number of mercury ore ingots. After that, press Enter to activate the code. Now check your inventory for new items.
