First part of the story
Joshua Graham of the Momon people was born in Ogden. After reaching adulthood, he went on a journey with two preachers named Edward Sallow and Bill Calhoun. He taught them the languages of the ancient tribes that lay in the way of these people.
Once the Blackhorn tribe unexpectedly captured them after a rainbow reception, and the reason for this was poverty and the expectation of a ransom. Edward Sallow managed to organize them and teach martial art along with Graham. They conquered the surrounding territories step by step, until fame overshadowed Edward's eyes. He declared himself Caesar and created his own legion of warriors. Edward entrusted the command of one of his units to his closest ally Joshua.
The second part of the legend
Bill Calhoun protested the massacre that his comrade arranged. They were both from the New California Republic and were considered friends. Caesar sent him a message declaring war on his former homeland. Joshua Graham was placed in command of the troops, and at first the military campaign went well.
The tactics of gradual attacks, starting with weak corps and ending with veterans, yielded results. They captured Fort Aradesh and came close to Hoover Dam . There, the soldiers fell into the trap of an experienced commander of the republic and were defeated. The legate returned to Caesar to report on the defeat, which greatly infuriated him. Edward ordered the former comrade to be tarred, set on fire and cast into the abyss. From that moment on, Joshua Graham earned the nickname "Burnt."
The guy survived and even managed to become the leader of the Dead Horse tribe.
