One of the most popular decorative elements in the interior today is topiary. This small handmade artificial tree captivates with its beauty and originality. Learning to make a tree. Preparation stage
To make a souvenir you will need:
- cotton pads;
- a foam ball or ball of yarn;
- sewing thread in the color of the discs;
- dry wooden stick;
- a flower pot or any other similar container;
- gypsum;
- green yarn;
- glue "Moment", "Dragon" or thermal gun;
- stapler;
- artificial greens;
- narrow satin ribbon;
- decorative elements: beads, stklarus, figurines of birds, butterflies.
Making topiary of cotton pads
Flowers. Roll the cotton pad "roll" and wrap the thread from below or fasten with a stapler. Turn the top of the workpiece out and straighten. It turns out the product in the form of a rose flower. Complete these 10-12 items. If necessary, then you can add.
The basis of the tree. Make a hole in the foam ball and glue a wooden stick into it, which will serve as the barrel. Following the instructions on the package with gypsum, dilute this material and pour into a container. Insert your tree in the middle. Hold it for a few minutes, allowing the base to freeze a little.
Product design. Glue flowers on the entire surface of the ball. Attach the leaves between them. Wrap the tree trunk with colored tape or wrapping paper. Glue artificial greens, beads or glass beads onto the surface of the gypsum. Tie a ribbon bow to the pot . The cotton topiary is ready.
