Just a little over 100 years ago, the destiny of a woman was considered a family hearth. In our age, all roads are open to the beautiful half of humanity. But, unfortunately, ladies often have to face a cruel choice: either a career or a family. Oddly enough, most often this choice of life poses to representatives of public professions. Elena Spirina is a happy exception to this trend, because this amazing woman was able to make a breathtaking career and create a strong happy family.
early years
Biography of Elena Spirina is full of bright events and unexpected twists, like some kind of adventure novel. The future Miss Ukraine was born at the very end of the 70s in Khabarovsk. Childhood and youth passed in Kharkov and Kiev. Her literary talent appeared in her early childhood, when she composed various stories.
From an early youth, Elena Spirina traveled a lot, was engaged in rhythmic gymnastics, was fond of studying the Japanese language, philosophy, and the history of religions. Despite her love for the humanities, she graduated from 2 higher educational institutions: Kharkiv National University of Economics (enterprise economics), as well as the Presidential University of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (marketing and trading).
Miss Ukraine and Miss Universe
Like most girls in the 90s, Elena dreamed of being a fashion model. Excellent external data allowed the girl to quickly achieve success in such a difficult task as a modeling business. Thanks to the experience gained while working as a model, Elena took part in the Miss Ukraine contest at the age of 17 and, unexpectedly for herself, became her winner herself.
Having received the crown, the girl went to Honolulu to conquer the jury of the Miss Universe contest. Unfortunately, she did not manage to win this title. But during the competition, the first beauty of Ukraine became interested in event management.
The organization of Miss Universe was handled by companies that annually conduct Oscars and Grammys. Throughout the competition, the girl watched their work and began to think about creating her own event services company. However, at first Miss Ukraine planned to get a director's education at Columbia University, as she dreamed of making a movie and, as she herself admitted, wanted to "outperform Scorsese and Spielberg."
Entering the chosen American university for directing courses, the girl closed all projects in Kiev (in 2002-2004, Elena led the author's program "M-Style" at the Golden Gate shopping center) and gathered in New York. But here in Elena’s fate an unexpected turn took place again - the girl was refused a visa.
Marriage
Having selected one dream, fate gave the girl another: a few days after an unsuccessful interview at the consulate, Elena met her future husband.
Stanislav Kapinos was an enviable fiancé: the manager of CenterAtom, the curator of non-core assets of the nuclear field, is the dream of any girl, much less a model. But for Elena, the only thing that mattered was that he shared her passion for The Doors music. Having barely met, the lovers got a tattoo, bought 2 bikes and got married.
Soon, the girl moved to her beloved in Moscow, gave birth to three charming boys and started her own business.
Motherhood
Today in the family of Elena and Stanislav there are 3 children: boys of 8, 7 years and 1 year. Despite constant employment, Miss Ukraine constantly pays attention to the education of her kids. She does not recognize generally accepted methods and traditions of upbringing and relies on her own logic, observations and love, which, according to her, have never failed.
Being quite busy people, business parents still use the services of a nanny, however , they do not shift the care of raising their children to it, but do it themselves.
Every year a happy family travels a lot with their children, especially they like to relax on the sunny coast of Italy and France. Elena admits that even the youngest child has already visited many countries.
Recently, Elena and Stanislav have taken children with them to most events and social events, making them active participants in not only family but also business life of their parents, and claim that the children feel quite comfortable and do not create inconvenience, but, on the contrary, increase joy from the holidays.
Agency Merry-Go-Round
Being a rather wealthy man, the husband of Elena Spirina provided a beautiful wife with a life worthy of the level of the most beautiful girl in Ukraine. However, Elena dreamed of starting her own business. And with the support of her husband, in 2006 organized an event services company in Moscow Merry-Go-Round Marketing Communications.
Over its nearly ten-year history, the company has become a leader in its industry. Today Elena Spirina’s agency organizes all kinds of thematic events, anniversaries, weddings, competitions, exhibitions, art projects and all that can be called the word “event”.
Elena collaborates with decorators, famous chefs and stylists, with many stars of Russian and foreign pop. Frequent guests at Merry-Go-Round events are the Du Soleil circus, Dita von Teese, Ramon, Sandra, Boney M, Scorpions and others.
According to Elena, the specificity of the event business is that it cannot be purchased or sold, as the whole company rests on her and her team. Each event organized by the company is unique, for each client individual decorators, musicians, stylists, cooks, menus and hosts are selected. Each order, despite careful preparation, always requires impromptu - this is the complexity and charm of the event services business.
Despite the fears of Elena Spirina, the 2008 crisis did not particularly affect her company. Perhaps this is due to the fact that the event company works mainly with very wealthy clients who are accustomed to keep the brand in any life situation, even on the verge of bankruptcy.
To stay in the lead, Elena Spirina is constantly studying the trends in event management in the world. The Merry-Go-Round agency maintains a friendly relationship with Chopard's European home, which organizes major events at the Cannes Film Festival.
Directing
Having failed with Columbia University, Elena did not give up and, having moved to Moscow, entered the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors.
After their graduation, during the organization of one of the projects, she met Veronika Belotserkovskaya. The similarity of temperaments helped girls quickly find a common language.
Together in 2014 they presented the television movie “Provence. Dramatic stories. ” The script and director of this 4-episode film was handled by Elena Spirina, and Nika Belotserkovskaya acted as the host.
Literary activity
It is often said that if a person is talented, then this applies to all areas of his life and work. A vivid embodiment of this statement is Elena Spirina. Her biography is replete with all kinds of successes in different fields, literary activity was no exception.
Just storming the modeling business, the girl already wrote. Soon she got a job as a journalist in the Ukrainian magazine Zephyr and Zephyr Give Just, where she planned to publish her novel Once Upon a Time in San Tropez.
At the moment, 2 novels by Elena “Road to Out, or Notes of a Loafer” and “SU-316 New York-Moscow” have been published.

Future plans
If we talk about the future, then Elena is full of optimism and new ideas. She recently launched her own brand, Merry's Choice. Her signature Merry's T-Shirts are also a big success.
Like the legendary king Midas, Elena Spirina turns everything she touches into “gold”. Almost all of her undertakings are successful, which is nice to watch. I would like to hope that in the future she will delight us with new and exciting projects.
