Knitting with your own hands allows you to do a unique thing that you can create based on your own taste and preferences. You can make a lot, including a hat. Knit a hat for a short time, and a little yarn is needed.
Take measurements and knit a sample
To make the headgear fit, first make the necessary head measurements and knit a sample. Using a centimeter tape measure the circumference of the head. In front, it should go 1 cm above the eyebrows, and from the sides - in the middle of the ears. It is necessary to determine the depth of the product, applying a centimeter from the earlobe to the crown. Measurements are recorded.
Now a sample of 10-15 loops is knitted with the same knitting needles and threads that will be used in the process of basic creativity when you knit a hat. Knitting with needles is very exciting. You can choose beautiful patterns, drawings. The sample is knitted exactly with the pattern that will be used to create the main product. Now you need to measure how many centimeters in length it turned out. The number of loops in the sample is divided by the number of these centimeters, and a figure is obtained that shows how many loops there are in one centimeter. Let's say two. So, this figure 2 needs to be multiplied by the volume of the head. Suppose it is 55 cm. So, for the main product, 110 loops are typed. Now you can start creating the author's headgear.
How to start knitting a hat with knitting needles
After the required number of loops is scored on 2 knitting needles, the product is turned inside out and a second row is knitted. If you want to create a striped charm, as in the photo, then you will need to alternate the rows of green and blue yarn. If the cap is knitted with a lapel, it is best to first knit an elastic band about 10 cm (front, back, front, back, etc.). They begin to create blue-green from the wrong side, knitting the wrong ones on the front side, and the facial loops on the wrong side. Due to this, the edge will be bent upwards in the form of a lapel, then the colors alternate with the wrong side / face.

If a young woman wants to flaunt in a pink hat, which is shown in the photo, then the entire canvas is knitted with an “elastic” pattern, but not 1x1, but 2x2 or even 3x3, alternating 2-3 facial ones with the same number of purl loops. After the web is connected to the parietal part, 5 cm before the end of knitting, loops begin to decrease. Knit two together through the same number of loops. The loops in the next row to be closed are located above those that were knitted together in the previous row.
You can do it easier - knit a hat with knitting needles to the end of a rectangular canvas, at the end close all loops at once. Now they sew a hat on the side and top, collecting this part on a thread and tightening it.
If the hat fits for a young fashionista, then on top of it you can make such a perky pompom. Creating it is also simple. Cut out 2 figures in the shape of a ring of cardboard. The width of the ring is the length of the pompom threads. These parts are put together. One thread is laid out on the diameter of the ring. Now, these threads begin to wind the thread quite tightly. All cardboard should be hidden under it. It remains to cut in a circle the threads on the top of the ring, tighten them with one large thread, and the pompom is ready. It is sewn onto the top of the headgear. And so we knit hats with needles. At the same time, schemes are not needed, since everything is quite simple.
