A bale baler is a device that is found in almost every farm. It is used in many areas, therefore today they distinguish tools with the most diverse productivity and scope of work with which they are able to cope. It is enough to simply pick up the bale baler to the tractor - and he himself will collect the hay and pack it in compact cubes. All work takes place in an extremely short time, which determines its popularity and demand in the agricultural sector.

Thanks to this ability, this bale baler is used in almost every organization whose field of activity is based on sowing and harvesting field crops. And of course, such bales are very convenient to transport and transport. If you put hay in bulk in a trailer (every car owner traveling in the CIS countries probably saw this picture), this will not be an unprofitable decision, as the cargo simply blows off the wind on the road and oncoming cars, but is simply meaningless. Packed hay bales are another matter. Due to the work of the press, their weight increases significantly, due to which it is impossible to carry them by the wind, and most importantly, the volume of work is significantly reduced with such “cubes”. Transportation, unloading and loading - the time for all these processes is significantly reduced, since one bale of hay is 2-3 times more compact than what will be loaded in bulk on a cargo platform. It turns out, with the same volume that was originally from hay, the press reduces it several times.

The design of this tool necessarily includes a special disk-shaped coupling, as well as a pin and variable system. The latter ensures the formation of future workpieces within the structure and, depending on the settings, their volume and shape can vary. In the storage section there are coils with a special binder twine.

In addition, the baler can be equipped with a double knitting tool that harvests bales up to 1 meter high. This feature is very appreciated when performing large-scale work, when in a short time it is necessary to harvest from several hectares of land.
It should also be noted that the speed of this tool can be up to 40 kilometers per hour. There are devices capable of forming hay in bales at a speed of 50 or more kilometers per hour, however, such a bale baler must be understaffed with a special tandem axis.
