The lagoon - a rose unusually bright, juicy and energetic, grows beautifully and at the same time blooms profusely throughout the season, sometimes until the first autumn frosts. The bush is strong, dynamic, about 2-2.5 meters high and about a meter wide, frost-resistant, easy to care for, absolutely resistant to weather conditions and diseases.
Prolonged flowering makes this variety one of the favorites. At the beginning of summer, the Lagoon throws out a large number of terry flowers of juicy raspberry color. They are quite large, reach 10 cm in diameter, have more than 50 petals, and grow lush tassels of 5-10 pieces at a time. This rose variety has an amazing spicy-fruity aroma that spreads throughout the garden.
The leaves of the rose are large, dark green, thick, dense. Some complain about the large number of thorns on the stems. They are located on the entire surface and quite strong. But this is perhaps the only minus of this beauty.
Winter preparations
At the end of summer, the climbing rose Laguna is preparing for wintering. At this time, gradually loosen the soil and remove watering. In late autumn, plant roots are sprinkled with peat or sawdust.
