The Rotband paste has the following features:

In addition to the above, the paste does not crumble during grinding. But the main feature of the Rotband mixture is that it contains limestone filler, which gives it plasticity. After processing the walls with such a paste, you can immediately start painting or gluing the wallpaper. This material can also be used to seal joints, and with the help of reinforced tape, you can hide irregularities between the sheets of drywall.
On the recommendation of specialists, the Rodband paste should be applied with a layer of no more than 10 mm, although this does not interfere with increasing the layer thickness if necessary. But at the same time it will be necessary to carry out work in several stages, in order to avoid plaster falling off. It is not recommended to make a thickness of more than 50 mm, in which case it is better to sew up the walls with drywall.
Rothband mixes: Pro pasta
This mixture is supplied in plastic buckets, weighing from 5 to 18 kg, depending on the amount of work needed. It has a pasty appearance. The main area of its application is the alignment of walls and their decoration.
It is delivered mainly in white, but other options are possible. The advantage of such a paste is its resistance to frost, which makes it possible to transport in the cold season. Even with complete freezing, the paste does not lose its properties.

Rothband paste is applied in several ways:

After applying the putty, you should walk along the surface with a grinding machine.
- This method consists in double applying the paste on the wall with small strokes over the entire surface. This will reduce the need for additional grinding.
