Do not forget that even the control service needs good reason to check an irresponsible company, in connection with this, certain clauses of the contract should be given that were not executed by the insurance company. The justification may be overdue payments or a complete refusal to transfer funds to the beneficiary's account.

After considering the complaint, the Federal Service for Insurance Supervision takes a decision on the appropriateness of taking any measures. Based on the facts received from the injured party, the inspector submits a request in the name of the guilty party. The insurer does not have the right to ignore the request of the state body, therefore it is obliged to promptly submit all available documents in the case under consideration. If a fact of violation of the established agreements of the insurer with the client has been recognized, the inspection sends him an order according to which the legal entity must correct the mistake made. For example, pay the amount indicated in the agreement to your client. Otherwise, the Federal Insurance Supervision Service withdraws the license from the insurance company without the right of restoration.
