The constitution is the main law of the country. Its significance is great. All the fundamental freedoms and rights that we have are spelled out in it. It is a stable guarantee that our interests will be taken into account in any situation. All other laws should be based, first of all, on it.

Special duties may be assigned to persons who are citizens of the Russian Federation. In some cases, they are assigned only to certain categories of citizens. An example is parental responsibility, which is established only for those citizens who have children. Some taxes should not be paid by everyone, but only strictly defined persons in certain situations.
The fulfillment of special duties is ensured by the norms of special legislation (for example, family and tax), as well as the liability established by various federal laws.
There are specific civic obligations. A vivid example is military responsibility. Its essence is that all males must undergo special training. It is carried out in military units, has a certain period. You can attract to it only after reaching a certain age. A citizen of the Russian Federation can be released from her only for health reasons and for a number of other serious reasons.
This obligation includes:
