School day routine

First graders ... Even so fresh are the memories of the school, and we are already leading our child to school. And so many feelings are mixed now: pride, joy, anxiety. After all, the baby will be torn out of his usual environment, he will have to get used to a new lifestyle, get used to new acquaintances, it’s so unusual to sit at a desk for a long time, waiting for a call, to adapt to completely different requirements.

What can we parents do? How can a child get used to the new system? There are many offers. However, the best thing you can do at this stage is to draw up a student’s daily routine. It really helps to adapt.

But the first-grader’s daily routine should only begin to operate before the child enters school. Give him at least a week by introducing a gentle schedule gradually: pick it up thirty minutes later than necessary, and instead of school, take a walk around the city, play, chat. And tell, tell, tell ... What about? About school. And only positive! Transfer your feelings experienced many years ago to the child, share those emotions, joy. Also tell us that school is the entrance to an adult, serious life. And the student’s daily routine is the door behind which this life begins. The child cannot be forced, he needs to be explained. And so far only in a playful way.

Have you ever seen a teacher’s work plan? Teachers who “take” the first classes know: study takes the form of a game. And only so. A sharp change in lifestyle is always stressful. For a child, this stress is much stronger.

What should be the daily routine for the student? For all primary classes, it looks something like this:

7.00 - wake up. More precisely, we wake up a child. Let him soak in bed for a few minutes. Do not wake the child up close, do not pack in a hurry. But do not complicate the sentences: "poor thing, I want to backs, my eyes stick together ..." This dampens from the very beginning.

7.10 - morning toilet. We wash, brush our teeth, do a warm-up.

7.20 - eat. Have breakfast with your child. Here in such trifles it is necessary to show solidarity. This is not as insignificant as it might seem.

7.40 - go to school. Spend the baby. Well, at least the first days. And be sure to kiss before he goes to class. Leave a piece of love and tenderness in the baby’s soul. This is the charge for his entire school day.

Now, for several hours, the school itself is responsible for the daily routine of the student. Here is your schedule. Very tough and thought out to minutes.

13.00 - we meet the child. Take a walk together. Let the child share emotions, impressions. Now it is very important for him how you perceive his entry into adulthood. Do not miss the moment. Let the child love to tell. The eternal rush of adults will make the baby withdraw from himself from the feeling of uselessness. And only your sincerity and lively interest will not allow this.

13.30 - we have lunch. Well, of course, together. Or just sit down at the table. The main thing is to be near.

14.00 - rest. Let the child sleep, or just rest. Discharging in the form of rest is necessary, but rest should not be active.

15.30 - it's time to do homework. It usually takes a first grader a couple of hours. Let the watch be in stock. Lessons, of course, are also done together. Do not scream, do not be nervous. Just remember yourself. Did you succeed? How the child perceives the school and how he will study further depends not only on the teacher, but also on you.

18.30 - time for a walk. Fresh air before bedtime is important for the child's body. No matter how you like to watch the series, or read a book, or do business - take a walk with your child. Go to the store, or go to the park. It does not matter. The main thing is together.

19.45 - dinner. Together. Only together. And after dinner, ask the "adult" assistant to do some housework. Let him sweep the floor, or feed the dog, or wash the dishes (do not wash the mountain of dishes, do not confuse). This is a trifle for you, for him - a serious responsibility. And it’s time to accustom to this responsibility. Then give your child some free time.

20.45 - evening toilet and sleep.

By the way, you can draw up the daily routine of the student together. This will be interesting for the child, and he will observe it more willingly.
