The Ulyanovsk Forest Park in the Moscow Region has been a specially protected natural zone since 2012, was planted as part of the capital’s protective forest belt in 1935. In the village of Rasskazovka, adjacent to the Ulyanovsk forest park, there is a recreation center "Gloria", which has recently become known as the "Pearl of the Moscow Region."

The forest park occupies a huge area, more than 2.5 thousand hectares, and is conditionally divided into quarters. On its territory, surrounded by lushly flowering grasses, the Likova River, two large streams - Bezymyanny and Catherine. Majestic spruce and pine trees, centuries-old oaks, graceful aspen trees, Russian birches, black alder grow here , in some places linden and larch are found. There are a lot of mushrooms and plants in the park, listed in the Red Book of the Moscow Region, for example, Siberian iris and coral-shaped blackberry.
In the Ulyanovsk forest park rare species of woodpeckers, kestrel, passerines and other birds nest. You can meet a snake in the forest, and in impassable places hares, ermines, weasels, beavers and muskrats, squirrels, foxes, wild boars live. Previously, moose were found here, but now they are not there.
The distance from Moscow to the Ulyanovsk Forest Park (pictured below) is about 40 km, so residents and guests of the capital often visit the park’s nature trails.
Not far from the village of the Ulyanovsk Forest Park there is a horse farm where you can learn the art of riding or just ride a peaceful horse. Nearby, a pond "Seagull" with well-groomed infrastructure for recreation in the lap of nature. The reservoir has an area of about 10 hectares, around it are numerous walking paths.

The recreation area in the Ulyanovsk Forest Park is located not far from a quiet forest lake, along the banks of which it is pleasant to walk. The picturesque nature of these places attracts Muscovites and guests of the capital not only in the summer, but also at other times of the year.
In the spring it starts to smell earlier than in the city. On the thaw you can see the first snowdrops, forest birds begin to sing differently. And in autumn, nature here appears in all its splendor. In winter, many tourists come here by tradition to celebrate the New Year and spend the Christmas holidays.

Vacationers are accommodated in a large chopped log guest house, which is designed for 15 rooms of different categories: luxury, junior suite and standard with a modern interior, made according to an individual design decision. In the "Cave" gather lovers of songs under karaoke and dance. Since the summer of this year, the Beer Bar with dried fish, which quickly gained popularity among vacationers, began to operate on the beach.

On the territory of the recreation area in the Ulyanovsk Forest Park, numerous arbors with barbecue facilities, barbecue areas and verandas for relaxation are equipped. There are beautiful banquet rooms for celebrations: corporate parties, anniversaries, weddings, etc.
At the Gloria Recreation Center in the Ulyanovsk Forest Park, many areas with neatly mowed grass are specially reserved for picnics. Some families come here without spending the night: they rest from morning to evening in the fresh air, swim, cook barbecue and leave in the evening. Convenient access roads lead to the base, and next to it there are enough parking spaces that are guarded.

For children, beautiful playgrounds with slides and swings are created, you can jump on a trampoline or paint your face with face painting. The opportunities for outdoor activities for older holidaymakers are represented by the paintball area, fishing, wakeboarding. Beach vacations and walks along wonderful forest paths - for all ages.
For lovers of fishing, special places are equipped where there is quiet calm water and there are no swimmers. All the necessary equipment can be rented.
Literally a hundred meters from the base is the most beautiful temple of the Icon of the Mother of God "Fadeless Color", after visiting which a sense of peace and tranquility fills the soul even more. If you wish, you can drive about 10-15 minutes and visit the Trinity Church and the Assumption.
