  1. Make a paste if no PVA glue was found. Proportions for paste: 1 part flour to 8 parts water. To do this, heat the water and gradually begin to pour flour into it, stirring to get rid of lumps. You should get a batter, which must be allowed to cool before use. If made from starch, pour it into an aluminum or enamel bowl and add water. Stir until a thick mass is obtained. Add boiling water there, continuing to mix. The ratio, as with flour, is 1: 8. Later, you can add a little more boiling water to make the paste thinner. Strain.
  2. Picking up small pieces of newspaper, about 2 by 5 in size, but they don't have to be the same.
  3. Lubricate the mold with oil, petroleum jelly or liquid soap. Apply the first coat by dipping the pieces in water.
  4. Glue subsequent layers. In total, there will be about 7. The latter is made of white paper.
  5. Now the plate should dry completely.
  6. Carefully disconnect it from the base with scissors or a knife.
  7. Trim the edges.

On the plate, you can draw anything and add stones, beads, sequins and so on (it is better to stick with not very liquid glue so that there are no stains on the paper).
