An unimaginable number of memories are in the person’s memory: events, names, faces and other information are captured. Memory is divided into two types: short-term and long-term. Short-term memory allows you to remember a small amount of information for a short period of time for use at the moment. Long-term, on the contrary, can store a large amount of information for a long time.

In his book, Atkinson talks about how to develop your memory, learn to remember the necessary events, postponed in long-term memory, and become more attentive and receptive.
