Scorpion bead
Scorpion weaving scheme is quite simple in its execution.
The length of the wire, which will subsequently be used in the process, must be at least 150 centimeters. A bead made of scorpion will be created using the voluminous weaving technique.
The tiers of beads are divided into two levels - upper and lower. The upper part is the back of the scorpion. Accordingly, the lower tier will form a segmented elongated abdomen of the insect.
Your task is to understand correctly how a scorpion is gathered from beads. Sketching a future product is a key part of the work. Using a sketch on paper, you mark the number, position and color of the beads.
If the description of the ready-made set is used, then the picture is not needed. Proceed directly to the assembly.
Necessary materials and tools
Before you begin to learn beadwork lessons for beginners, you will need to prepare the following materials:
- beads of various brown shades (brown);
- black beads;
- yellow or orange beads - for the eyes;
- for firmware - thin fishing line;
- wire with a diameter of about 0.2 millimeters.
Some recommendations
It is advisable to use large-sized beads in weaving. Colors can be chosen at your discretion and taste. Most often, beads of brown, red, yellow, orange and gold are used for weaving scorpions. But you can use any other colors and shades, thereby giving your product a unique and originality.

First row
- Type the beads on the wire in the following sequence: one black, two brown and one black again. Then three brown beads. They form a tier that will be located below. Place the assembled set of beads in the middle of the thread.
- The end of the wire, on which a black bead is strung, pass through three beads of a different shade on the opposite side of the base.
- The wire must be tightened. The result was the lower and upper balls of the first line.
- The next step is to work on the scorpion claws. Put five black beads and eleven beads of a different shade on the thread.
- Pass the end of the thread through four black beads in the opposite direction. In this case, the last bead must be held.
- Tighten the wire.
- At the same end of the wire, type five beads of the same color.
- It is necessary to hold the final bead and pass the wire in the opposite direction through the four beads. Next, pass the thread through the eleven beads of a different color.
- Tighten the thread. Beadwork scorpion claws can be considered completed.
- In the same way, you need to make a second claw.
Second row
- First you need to do the first level. Put the beads on the wire in the following order: one brown, two yellow, one brown. After this, pass it through the previously typed beads. Bend the wire so that the beads are parallel to the upper ball of the previous line.
- For the lower level, you must use five brown beads. Bend the thread so that the beads lie parallel to the upper ball.
Third row
- To weave the upper tier, you need to take six pieces of brown beads.
- For paws, you will need to dial eight beads of a different shade on one end of the wire.
- The most extreme should be kept. In this case, pass the same end of the base through seven black beads in the opposite direction.
- Tie the wire. You should get a foot.
- Using the other side of the wire, weave the other foot.
- To create a tier below the third line you need to apply six brown beads.
Fourth row
- Weave six brown beads for the top ball of the craft and the same for the level that fits below.
Fifth row
He is very similar to the third row.

Sixth row
