Row mushrooms

Like many other mushrooms, purple rowan is found on humus soils. This species grows in gardens. Mushroom mushrooms have a bright specific color. Their hat is painted in lilac-ash, purple or brownish-red, always darkens towards the center. However, it should be said that over time, the colors of the fungus fade. Many young row mushrooms have hemispherical hats with curved edges. During ripening, they tend to expand and reach from six to fifteen centimeters in diameter. The leg can reach a height of up to ten centimeters, and a thickness of up to three. At the base, this part of the fungus somewhat thickens, becomes like a tuber and becomes covered with purple felt. The plates are also purple, and the spores are from reddish to purple.

It should be said that, despite such an extraordinary appearance , edible mushrooms . They have a delicate white-purple flesh with a pleasant aroma. The taste of mushrooms is somewhat sweetish, spicy. But in raw form they can not be consumed.

The cultivation of row mushrooms first began in 1898 in France. At the same time, an attempt was made to recreate the natural conditions for their development. A mixture of composted manure (horse), needles and foliage was used as a substrate. After some time, it was revealed that row mushrooms excellently develop on the substrate for champignons. Soon, the highest yields were obtained in Holland.

The cultivation of mushrooms is carried out according to the same principle as the cultivation of mushrooms. Along with this, the presence of certain knowledge is necessary.

The formation of the fruiting body of the fungus occurs when the air temperature reaches below fifteen degrees - in winter, autumn and sometimes even in spring. Culture bookmarking is best done in May. However, you can start growing in the fall.

For the cultivation of mushrooms in the garden, specially prepared beds, boxes or bags are used, which are placed in the shade of shrubs and trees or under a sloping roof to provide protection from rain and bright sun.

Inoculate the substrate with mycelium in double quantity. To do this, take about two liters (1400 grams) of mycelium obtained on grains. When grown in bags, the proportion of mycelium is 2% by weight.

Just as in the cultivation of mushrooms, after moving into the soil, the substrate must be covered and provide it with optimum high humidity. The most effective development of the mycelium of the mushroom rowing occurs at a temperature of the order of twenty degrees. After two or three weeks, the substrate begins to overgrow with purple mycelium. After that, a five-centimeter layer of moist earth is applied to the culture. As a coating layer, mixtures intended for champignons are successfully used. After two or three weeks, you can see the mycelium that appears on the surface of the soil. The soil does not need to be raked. After another three weeks, the first mushrooms begin to appear, the coating is then removed.

A very important condition for the cultivation of rows is to ensure optimal moisture cover layer. With very dry soil, small mushrooms can begin to dry out. If the layer is too wet, the mycelium will grow greatly, forming a fairly dense cover from which the mushrooms will not be able to break out. And in that, and in another case, re-applying the soil layer is recommended. Its thickness should be no more than 0.5 centimeters. Earth should be added after each wave of the crop.

The collection of mushrooms is carried out by twisting them from the soil, when the hat takes a horizontal position. After three to four months of cultivation, the substrate is depleted, but it is used to improve the soil structure.
