Description
The corner is a profile of stainless steel, the surface of which is protected from a wide variety of external influences. For the manufacture of this product, roll forming machines are used. The main raw material for production is either carbon structural steel or low alloy steel.
In their manufacture, one of the latest technologies, called thermal diffusion, is used. Application of galvanization by this method allows you to create a protective film with a thickness of 100-120 microns on the metal surface. This layer perfectly resists corrosion. Elements such as perforated connecting corners, which are most often found when assembling furniture, have become very popular. There are holes for fasteners on both sides of the product. Depending on the purpose of the corner, their diameter can vary significantly. The distance between each subsequent hole is only 25 mm, and the thickness of the corner is from 1 to 3 cm.
