The flower can reach a height of two and a half meters and resembles a palm tree. You can grow a plant in the form of a tree or bush. The flower loves high humidity, as it comes from the tropics, and grows and develops safely at a temperature of sixteen to twenty-two degrees. It can often be found in countries such as Japan, Australia and China.
At the same time, it must be borne in mind that the variegated shefler is more demanding on wintering conditions. In the room where the plant stands, the temperature should be at least 18 °. Young plants are transplanted once a year (in spring), and adults - once every 2-3 years. As ingredients for the preparation of the substrate, leaf and turf soil, humus and sand are used. In stores for gardeners, you can buy land specifically designed for palm plants. At the bottom of the flower pot, drainage from shards or expanded clay should be placed.
