Simple applications from plasticine

Conventional applications from plasticine are considered the simplest type of decorative art, which becomes available to children aged 1-3 years. Of course, you will need constant supervision of the mother, while the child will sculpt his masterpiece. The very word “application” is translated into Russian as “application”, that is, they take parts from various materials and impose them on a prepared basis. Plasticine is good in that it does not limit the child’s imagination to a predetermined shape and allows you to create not only three-dimensional figures, but also planar compositions. There are several techniques for working with this material, each of which has its own advantages.

Most often, experts suggest trying the reverse application technique. This method also has several options:

  • drawings in transparent caps left over from dairy products;
  • picturesque smearing of color;
  • contour work with balls.

When thinking about how to make an application out of plasticine, you need to prepare everything you need in advance. Firstly, the material for modeling should be fresh, soft and safe for children. Secondly, you need to take care of the basis for the future picture. It can be ordinary thick cardboard, transparent plastic, plywood or a plank for modeling. You will also need a permanent marker for drawing, a glass of clean water, stacks or toothpicks and wipes for wiping hands. Plasticine applications on cardboard are the most affordable way to create a picture for the smallest. Attention: only the parent should work as a permanent marker, since he does not remove himself from the clothes or clothes of the baby if he gets dirty in the process.

Plasticine applications: smearing technique

On the cardboard or transparent cover we apply the future pattern. It can be invented by yourself, cut or translated from children's coloring. In advance, with the child they choose bright colors that are pleasant for the psyche and, speaking their name, mix them into small balls. The marker will dry in 2-3 minutes, after which it will be possible to start creating a picture:

  • the child imposes prepared balls of plasticine, trying not to go beyond the boundaries of the contour and flatten them with his fingers;
  • the thickness of the layer should be somewhere 2-3 mm, so that the picture looked as a whole;
  • when the entire surface is full, parents can slightly roll the product from above to get a more even image. Everything - the work is ready.

Interesting transparent caps are selected for kids, and older children can make applications from plasticine on photo frames or plexiglass.

Markerless painting

It is possible to make applications from plasticine without a thick black outline on glass or plastic. To do this, the pattern is cut out and fixed on the front (not working) side of the product using paper tape that does not leave greasy marks. The baby will have to lay out the contour himself from thin flagella, and the space inside is filled with balls or sausages from plasticine. There is a little trick here - at first it is worth filling in small details, for example, eyes or flowers in a clearing, and then the main background. When the work with plasticine is completed, it is worth sticking a regular napkin or thicker paper from the wrong side with PVA glue.
