Many countries nowadays consider that civil human rights are the highest value.

Freedom is what is necessary for the realization of personality. State authorities should be aware that human rights must be above all other laws.

Civil human rights are a specific group of certain rights that embody the freedom of each individual person. They protect people from lawlessness and arbitrariness.

Civil rights of a person protect a person as an individual who has unique and peculiar features.

Human Rights Classification :

1) To use individual freedom.

2) To use the benefits.

3) To protect the use of goods.

Everyone has the opportunity to apply to international bodies to protect their rights.

Civil Rights

If we consider the benefits of individual freedoms as a classification criterion, then we distinguish the following groups of rights:

- on life, on honor, on the dignity of the person, ensuring the inviolability of life;

- freedom of movement throughout the country, choice of place of residence. These rights provide personal freedom, the choice of action;

- freedom from cruel treatment, inhumanity, protection from punishment. These rights guarantee personal safety;

- the protection of life, freedom of thought, religion, conscience, the right to inviolability of the home, the right to secrecy of telephone conversations, the right to protect the family. These rights protect personal and family life;

- on equality before the court and the law, the right to protection of the law, gender equality, the right to citizenship. Provide the possibility of recognition of a person as a subject of law, guarantees of equality.

There is one more group, which includes rights that serve as conditions and means of protection of a person. They are often referred to as civil rights, because they serve to protect the individual and his qualities. This includes the right to a fair trial of the convicted and accused victim of the crime.

Basic human rights will be listed and explained below. They are numerous.

The right to live

Any state is obliged to protect the lives of people from various kinds of encroachments. This is a right that cannot be taken away from anyone.

Life is a valuable capital in society. From a legal point of view, one can take a person’s life only by a court verdict. But now in many countries the death penalty is prohibited. She was replaced with life imprisonment.

The right to dignity, honor and name

Everyone has the right to a name. Everyone has the opportunity to require others to be called by last name, first name, and patronymic. All people should receive a name at birth.

The right to inviolability as well as freedom. Dignity of personality

The right to liberty and integrity of the person are the most important human rights. Arrest can be made only on the basis of a court decision or sanctions of a prosecutor.

You can’t torture a person, abuse him, humiliate him, or experiment with a person.

The right to freedom of conscience

Constitutions of any civilized countries proclaim freedom of conscience.

The right to create and protect your own family

Men and women, reaching a certain age, have the right to voluntarily marry and start a family. Spouses in the family are equal.

Parents must take care of their children, their health, development. You must not resort to ill-treatment.

Young people have the right to participate in the development of politics, culture, and the country's economy.

The right to inviolability of the home

Entering the dwelling is possible only with the permission of the owner.

The right to absolute equality before the law in force

Everyone is equal before the law, there should not be any infringement of rights. Race, gender, nationality, language, origin, official and property status - infringement of people on these grounds is unacceptable.
