The author worked on this book for several years, and it was released only in 1986, in a circulation of more than 30 thousand copies.

The most significant work of Alexander Melikhov was the book “Test of Fidelity”, published in 2016. This is a love affair, which was very popular among women. His main character was a young man who mentally dreamed of cheating on his wife. Higher powers heard his plea and gave him such an opportunity, a common friend of the family acted as a potential lover. A wife at work, an attractive woman nearby, night on the street - it would seem that the whole situation is conducive to treason. But the main character is constantly stopped by something, a real test of fidelity takes place in his head.
