In the new part of the game "Old Scrolls" there are countless quests. One of the most remembered players is "Family Relations". Skyrim has several main storylines, the tasks for which are long and difficult.
The same quest is optional, it is quite difficult to take it. But after completing the game, the player will get some useful skills. The locations of the quest are quite colorful and unusual, which adds a special atmosphere.
General information
The player must arrive on the island of Solstheim in order to receive the quest "Family Relations". "Skyrim" is inhabited by the Nords, but in this part there lives a people who call themselves Skaals. Once upon a time they were the Nords, but over the years of isolation, immigrants have created their culture and their gods. The island is open only after installing the Dragonborn mod. To get there, the player must reach at least the tenth level. After that, two masked cult members will attack him in a random place. They need to be killed. In battle, it is best to use the Scream to knock down opponents, as they inflict quite substantial damage with fire. After that, Dovakin will find a note and receive a new quest. The only way to Solstheim is the Northern Maiden ship. He is standing on a pier near Windhelm.
On the island is the village of Skaal. In it you need to find a character named Wulf, and he gives the quest "Relationships." Skyrim is full of various bugs and errors. Therefore, if Wulf dies, you wonβt get the quest.
In the process of talking with the character, the main character learns that he has a brother who disappeared many years ago. Presumably it is located on a glacier. Wulf asks to find him and bring him back.
Quest "Relationships": walkthrough
Before you go in search, the player should prepare. In remote areas of the island rather harsh conditions. A lot of dangers will await the lost traveler. There are many ghosts and trolls in these snows. Both of them have a large stock of lives and good regeneration. Defeating the troll with weapons is extremely difficult, because in one paw strike it can take away from the player half his health. In confrontation with these monsters, it is best to use fire spells. You can also stock up on potions of cold aversion to minimize ghost damage.
Battle
Wolfe's brother, Thorkild, is not far from the mines.
His location may vary depending on the level of Dovakin, at which he received the mission "Family Relations". βSkyrimβ determines the location randomly, so the player will have to walk around to find Thorkild. As it turns out after the meeting, he lost his mind and became a werewolf-bear. When talking with him, it does not matter which remark you choose. In any case, the conversation will end in battle. The best tactic is to kill Thorkild during his transformation. If the player did not have time to do this, then he can turn into a werewolf himself to equalize the chances. After Thorkild's death, a letter can be found on his body, which must be delivered to his brother. For this, he will increase the hero several important combat skills.
Remember that the "Relationships" task is available only if you have Skyrim mods installed.
