Left 4 Dead 2 (rus. “Abandoned to die”) is a cooperative shooter with elements of survival, the events of which occur during a large-scale zombie apocalypse. The game also has a single player campaign, however, it is multiplayer that is most popular. The essence of the latter is as follows: a team of four people (free characters are always controlled by AI) need to get from one point to another, simultaneously firing off bloodthirsty zombies and other special infected ones. The main thing is to stay alive, and this can only be achieved if the players act harmoniously and thoughtfully.
Plot
The events of Left 4 Dead 2 continue the story of the leak of an unknown virus that turns people into real walking dead. Chaos reigns in the world, there are practically no survivors, however, even in the darkest times, there is hope for salvation. The main characters are four people whose blood contains a stable immunity to the zombie virus. It is in the company of these four survivors that the player will have to wade through various levels, each of which has checkpoints in the form of shelters. Shelters play the role of a transition from one location to another, in them you can relax, heal and replenish ammunition.
Russian or English version?
Our players will be pleased to know that Left 4 Dead 2, like its predecessor, has been fully translated and voiced in Russian. In order to change the localization of the game, just change the main language of the Steam client, after which the system will offer to download the missing files.

Those who have been playing Left 4 Dead 2 for more than a year are probably familiar with the main differences and the basic habits of their opponents. Here's what the "old people" can share based on their own experience:
- Fat men must be destroyed at a distance. If one of the survivors turned out to be spit, ordinary zombies immediately run to him, while they will not pay the slightest attention to the remaining heroes.
- The female form of the fat man is Spitter. It is also better to deal with it from a distance, otherwise there is a risk of falling into a puddle of acid.
- If a thug runs to a survivor, it is better to step aside.
- Remember the advice to always stay together? In the event of an attack by a smoker or jockey, this is a must! If someone was grabbed by a smoker or a jockey, just hit the victim with a butt, and she will be free.
- A similar type of defense is also useful against hunters. In addition, if the butt strike came at a time when the hunter was jumping in our direction, then he would be stunned.
- Witches are best avoided. You can kill her, and even alone, but this will require practice and accuracy of the shot. The witch should be shot right in the face when she begins to rise to her feet.
- Difficulties with the tank? If there is a canister or Molotov cocktail nearby, then we boldly throw it at the giant. Sooner or later, he will die from the flame, but we warn you - the speed of a burning tank is much higher than that of an ordinary one.

- sbmovetocursor - bots of survivors are teleported to the specified location (the cursor is used);
- sballbotteam 1 - survivor bots try to complete the level on their own;
- directorforceversusstart 1 - survivors bots try to independently go through the "Battle" mode;
- entfire! selfsetteam 3 - console command for Left 4 Dead 2, which allows you to go to the infected team;
- zspawntank - start the game as a tank;
