Every person who wishes to travel outside the borders of the Russian Federation must have not only a passport of the Russian Federation, but also a passport. In order to issue a “pass ticket” abroad, you must have the following package of documents:

- certificate of change of last name or first name (copy);
- birth certificate (copy);
- copy of SNILS certificate - for pensioners;
- copy of diploma or certificate (if the educational institution was completed no later than 10 years ago);
- certificate from the place of study - for students;
- certificate of citizenship, if any;
- copy of track record - for military personnel.
This is a general list of documents that is required to obtain a passport. But it can vary depending on the region in which the passport is issued.
