The first way to preserve this thermophilic plant is a specific intervention in its vital activity. For this purpose, all peduncles are specially cut. Plants must be carefully removed from the soil with an earthen lump and planted in spacious pots filled with a special garden mixture, which can be bought at any agricultural store. After that, you need to transfer them to a permanent place where the cannons will be stored in the winter. Watering the flower at this time is necessary every ten to twelve days. In spring, to stimulate the appearance of new peduncles, it is necessary to make top dressing with a special mixture. It should consist of equal parts of the halls and humus. Then, together with a lump of earth, the plant is placed in a large pot and brought into a cool room. The soil surface must be moistened several times a month, and at the beginning of winter, move the flower closer to the light source.
