Previously, such structures were produced by vibrocasting. This method had significant advantages, in particular, production in the shortest possible time, relatively low cost, and also a number of other advantages. However, there were drawbacks: the low resistance of these structures to temperature extremes, high humidity, chemicals and others. The method of vibropressing is innovative in comparison with the outdated method of vibrocasting. Reinforced concrete drainage trays made in this way are spared the mentioned drawbacks. The molds are filled with concrete under pressure, and the process of vibropressing allows you to remove excess moisture from the raw material, and also prevents the appearance of air bubbles, which can cause voids in the finished products. Due to air voids, the concrete becomes porous, which causes a decrease in resistance to seismic, mechanical and chemical influences, as well as low heat and moisture resistance.
