History
In the mid-20s. The twentieth century, the Red River became part of the Kerch Village Council, which belonged to the Nekrasovsky district. This is the Khabarovsk district. Since the late 30s. The twentieth century, the Red River has turned into an urban-type settlement. It has already become part of the settlements of the Khabarovsk district and the region.
Since the mid 50-ies of the last century, local governments have decided that in the city of Khabarovsk, the Red River will belong to the Stalin district.
