In the case of this operating system, you can add music to the GTA 4 radio as follows.
We also go to the system partition of the disk. Here we open the Users folder. Again, find the section with the name identical to the account, and open it. Here we select the GTA IV folder and in it User Music. Next, we perform the same operation as in the previous case - copy the list of tracks to the folder.
There is one trick. To add music to "GTA 4" and not to clog the extra space on the system disk, you can do as follows:
- Go to the folder where all the music is stored.
- Create shortcuts and copy them to User Music.
- Do not delete the main files from another disk partition.

Copying files is done, now it remains to take several steps in the game menu. We load any save and immediately go to the pause menu. Here we open the audio settings. Click on the button "Quick search for music" and wait for the game to scan the entire list and add it to the radio. The game will add music to "GTA 4" as long as the number of tracks you decide to copy to the User Music directory.
