Soon Mystic and Wolverine became lovers. However, their relationship did not last long. Raven condemned her own brigade to certain death, and she pushed Wolverine from the train at full speed.
One day, the character "Marvel" Mystic takes part in the assassination attempt on a scientist from Berlin. During the mission, Raven meets a mutant named Sabretooth. Between them, passion is inflamed and they enter into sexual contact. Their relationship lasts until Mystic fakes his own death in order to get rid of his obsessive lover. As it turns out later, Raven is pregnant. She gives birth and gives the child for adoption. Nevertheless, she continues to monitor her child until she is convinced that the child is not a mutant.
Later, the character "Marvel" Mystic again gave birth to a child named Kurt Wagner, who in the future will become one of the X-Men, nicknamed the Night Serpent. The boy's father was an ancient demon mutant Azazel. When Raven gave birth to a son, his mutation immediately appeared in the form of blue coat and tail. Because of this, the inhabitants of the village in which Mystic was located thought that the mother and child were demons. It is for this reason that they decided to arrange a lynching over Raven and little Kurt. The villagers drove the woman and the child into a corner. And in order to be saved, she threw her newborn son into the river, and she hid herself, using her abilities.
Brotherhood of Mutants
Raven was overwhelmed by the loss of her second child. Because of this, she, on the advice of her friend Destiny, decided to adopt a mutant girl under the name Anna Maria. The mystic actually loved Anna and took care of her for a long time. In parallel, Raven worked for one of the public services of the United States of America. She quickly rose to the position of deputy at the Agency for Advanced Defense Research and Development. Thanks to this, Mystic got full access to secrets and the latest technologies in the field of military equipment. Raven used her power for criminal purposes.
Soon, Raven collects the so-called Brotherhood of Mutants, which included Bubble, Fate, Avalanche and Piro. Later, Anna Maria, who received the nickname the Scoundrel, also joins the fraternity. However, Anna soon turned over to the X-Men, in the hope that they would help her master her own mutant powers. The mystic was furious, because the X-men took her dearest person away. But soon, Raven was able to make a decision for her daughter. Not only that - from time to time Mystic visited Anna at Xavier's estate.
