- OKATO - eleven digital code that determines the jurisdiction of a legal entity of a particular territory.
- OKTMO - records the municipality to whose territory the subject of economic economic activity belongs.
- OKVED - establishes which economic sphere is affected by the activities of a legal entity.
- OKFS - determines what form of ownership a business entity has.
- OKOPF - fixes what is the legal form of a particular legal entity.

Each business entity, when registering with the tax authority, is assigned a TIN. It is issued to citizens and legal entities. If the individual taxpayer number is known, you can find out the statistical codes of the business entity.

OKPO form
A single, officially approved form of a certificate form for OKPO enterprises has not been developed. The indicated phrase most often means that the legal entity must provide codes according to the classifier of the all-Russian type (OKFS, OKPO, etc.).
After the organization has been registered with the Federal Tax Service and the information on it has been transmitted by the registering tax service to Rosstat, the Federal State Statistical Service assigns a number to the established business entity, according to the data of the all-Russian classifier of organizations, enterprises and institutions.

Purpose of providing OKPO codes
The provision of OKPO codes and reports on them is necessary in the following cases:
