How does it differ from similar materials?
Types of products
Several types of putty mixtures for finishing are available:

- “Finishing KR”.
- Front and finish.

Characteristics and properties
The main requirement that is imposed on the filler mixtures of the final form is the highest adhesion. This is necessary to eliminate the likelihood of cracks and peeling of the decorative coating. Finishing putty "Prospectors" not only has high adhesion, but also has the following properties:
- It is well put with the pallet.
- The layer is even, tears, lumps and other defects are not noticed.
- Does not drain, dries quickly.
- After drying, it retains strength and integrity.
- Eliminates any flaws on the base coat.
- Combined with many types of building materials.
- It has excellent quality and hygroscopicity.

- Resistant to abrasion.
Other advantages of putty mixtures include simplicity and ease of preparation of the material for work, the ability to make a solution of any viscosity and density.
The weight of the bags in which the Prospectors putty finish is packed is 20 kg. To dilute this amount of dry mix for work, you need from 7.5 to 8.5 liters of water - the exact amount depends on the desired consistency of the solution. If putty 1 cm thick is applied, then per 1 sq. m will take about 1 kg of material. Therefore, the bag is enough for finishing work on an area of 20 square meters. m
Unfortunately, this material has its drawbacks. The most important of them is the need to quickly use up the mixture. If you need to finish a large area of the base coat, you should either work with a large team or dilute a small amount of the solution, and after it has been applied, prepare the next portion, which not everyone likes, since this will take time. In addition, when working, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions, only then can the coating be perfectly even.
“Finishing KR”
Finishing putty “Prospectors Finishing KR” on a polymer basis is being produced. Available in packages weighing from 3 to 20 kg, so that everyone can purchase as much mixture as is necessary to solve a specific problem. Ready putty finishing “Prospectors” should be completely spent at one time. The price depends on the weight of the package:
- A capacity of 3 kg will cost 110 rubles.
- Packaging 12 kg costs about 250 p.
- With the weight of the bag into which the Prospectors putty is packed finish, 20 kg the price will be 350-380 rubles.
The prepared solution can be applied in one, two or more layers. But at the same time, it is permissible to apply the next layer only when the previously applied layer is completely dry. Two types of polymer mixtures “KR” are produced:

- Latex. Used only inside buildings. Despite the fact that the material can be applied very thinly, the composition has high binders, plastic and strength characteristics.
Front finishing
The mixture has an ideal composition, is intended for outdoor use, perfectly eliminates bumps of any complexity. Finished surfaces withstand contrasting weather changes. The prepared solution is suitable for use no more than three hours. The basis for the manufacture of facade-finishing products is a gypsum composition, the main characteristics of which are non-toxicity and safety. It can be combined with surfaces made of wood, drywall and other materials.

Finish Plus
In its qualities, Finishing Plus Plus putty is not much different from KR material, but it is intended for a wider range of applications - the mixture can also be used in rooms where the humidity level is quite high.
