Kindergarten teachers sometimes pose difficult tasks to their parents. The most bewildering of most mothers and fathers is the requirement to make some thematic fancy dress. And if clothes for a particular image can still be picked up in the wardrobe of a child, then not every parent knows how to make a fly agaric hat or cat ears for a matinee.

To do this, we lay foam layers in layers. An alternative is to create the correct shape: make cuts and glue the foamed polyethylene, as in the version with a hat made of cardboard.
We trim the resulting workpiece with a red and light cloth. Sew the circles on top. Your hat is ready, you just have to sew the ties. If you don’t like the way the headdress sits on the child, try to sew the base-cylinder into the inner hole. It is very simple to make it: take a piece of foamed polyethylene, cut a strip from it, the length of which will be equal to the girth of the child's head. Fasten the resulting rectangle into a ring, tighten with a cloth and sew it inside the hat.
