Types of plasticine

- Safe. Made from plant materials. If a small child sticks plasticine in his mouth, he will be harmless to him. The only thing is it is tasteless. Therefore, the child is unlikely to want to take it in his mouth again.
- Wax. Very soft, not sticky. The enemy of such plasticine is fever. In this case, it melts and becomes unusable.
- Floating. Very light, therefore, easily floats on the surface of the water. The child will be pleased to play with him, swimming.
- Fluorescent. Glowing paint of this type will not leave indifferent any child.
- Pearl. Chic mother-of-pearl shine is suitable for sculpting fabulous products.
How to mold a plasticine fish
Of all these types of plasticine, you can mold original things, animals. Let's look at an example of how to make a stuck fish from plasticine.
Depending on the future function of the future fish, a suitable plasticine is selected. The choice of color is not a very important procedure, as there can be any fish. It is advisable to wear an apron so as not to get dirty. Be sure to check the availability of the necessary tools: caps of different sizes, a steak for cutting plasticine, a special knife. You can use a comb to make the fins and tail of the fish.
Plasticine is taken. A circle about the size of a fish’s head rolls out of it. The resulting ball is slightly flattened. Next, another plasticine is taken, rolled, flattened and cut with a knife into three parts, of which the fins and tail are made. Using a comb, they are decorated with tooth prints. Further, the resulting details are attached to the head of the fish. Then small balls are rolled out, which are attached like lips. Small prints of gills are made by covers. The final touch is to draw the scales on the body of the resulting product using the pen body. Beads are attached instead of eyes. Plasticine fish is ready.
Then it can be glued to the frame, decorated with various algae, also made of plasticine. The resulting picture can be hung on the wall or presented to friends. In any case, it will give an unusual look to the room.
