God shinnock
He is a fallen god who was imprisoned in the underworld after an attempt to destroy other gods. First appeared to the general public as the main antagonist in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub Zero. Shinnok made a deal with the sorcerer Kwan Chi to invade the Earth Kingdom and capture it.
The puppet was Sub-Zero, which in the end revealed a conspiracy of dark forces and managed to get out of the underworld with an amulet, without which the fallen god could not leave the eternal prison.

According to the setting, it is in a relationship with Kitana, it uses flying strikes in battle, we recognize the bicycle and ball lightning by its reception. Due to its strength and speed, it poses a threat to the troops of the emperor of the outer kingdom, but at the same time remains mortal.

The combined efforts of the three fighters failed to stop the Dragon King, then Raiden blew himself up and everything around him. Onaga remained unscathed.
The character debuted in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance as a boss, and in MK: Armageddon he is already a full-fledged character.
Shao Kahn
The powerful emperor of the outer kingdom, leading throughout the games of the series a list of the most dangerous fighters. A distinctive feature is a helmet with a mask in the form of a skull, which never takes off. That's who is the strongest at Mortal Kombat.
Shao Kang carries a hammer and deals with enemies with contempt and cruelty. Despite its great growth and muscle mass, it is a mobile and dangerous opponent.
He made his debut in MK2 on SEGA as a boss, in MK3 he remained the boss, but through the cheat code he became a playable character. The MK4 is affordable without various tricks.
Over the course of a number of games, he has been one of the main antagonists, periodically speaking with Shang Tsung, Sindel, and other minions.
For a long time, Sindel impeded the invasion of Kan into the Human Kingdom, shielded by a shield. With the death of Sindel, the shield collapsed, after which the sorceress was resurrected with dark rituals, her mind was clouded, and Shao Kan made her his wife and general, commander of the invasion of Earth.
