SNILS and MFC
The exact answer is not so simple. The fact is that a lot depends on the region where the citizen lives. In each city of Russia, MFCs are developing at different rates. Therefore, somewhere you can get more services, somewhere less.
In principle, SNILS is executed and exchanged in multifunctional centers. This is a relatively new service that is not yet available everywhere. This must be remembered. Teens
Is it possible to get SNILS in the MFC (Krasnodar is this or any other city in Russia - it is not so important, the main thing is that it is about the Russian Federation)? I guess, yes. What if it’s not about a newborn? And, for example, about a child from 14 years old?
In this situation, a citizen is able to apply to the MFC or PFR independently. Parents are not so important for this process. Documents in organizations request the following:
- birth certificate;
- application for registration of SNILS;
- civil passport;
- identity card of the legal representative (if the applicant is he).
