In order to create pants, you should take as a basis a dense velvet fabric of dark color. Jeans may come up. Then you should transfer the patterns to the fabric on the side that will be the wrong side. Do not forget about the seams, which should be approximately one and a half centimeters. After the pattern is applied, you should cut it strictly along the lines and fold the future trousers so that the front side is directed inward. After that, you should sew the trousers, which subsequently go into the cowboy costume. In this process, you first need to stitch, make step seams, and then overcast the edges. After this, the middle seam is made and, again, the edges are stitched.
Then you should do the belt. In order to make it, you should carefully tuck the upper part of the pants so that you get a kind of drawstring, the width of which will be about three centimeters.
