Moreover, each of the previously described machines has the required equipment, which can significantly increase the efficiency and productivity, as well as increase the output speed of the finished product in this area.

For example, body panels are welded using special tongs that are installed on high power devices, since a similar application on low power electric machines is not able to provide the required level of quality and reliability. In addition to this, high-power units are equipped with all kinds of shoulders for attaching ticks. This supplement must be present without fail. Less strictly related to the presence in the basic configuration of the electrodes and the cooling system, which is necessary to prevent overheating and premature shutdown of the welding machine. The cooling units can be made in two variations: water and air. A water cooling system is preferred over an air cooling option. However, high-quality spot welding machines can be produced with air cooling systems . At the same time, they cope perfectly with the tasks assigned to them, preventing undesirable overheating.

In conclusion, it should be noted that spotters can be produced for voltages of 220 V and 380 V. There are no significant differences in the characteristics of power, quality and functionality.
