In spring, chestnut (a tree whose planting is associated with some difficulties) is literally showered with them. It is a flowering cascade. But there is not only an aesthetic reason for growing chestnut from walnut your goal. The fact is that this plant is healing - its fruits and inflorescences (or rather infusions and decoctions of them) will help to cope with various diseases. Therefore, let's find out how to plant walnut chestnuts in your country house or under a window. The first method is the easiest.
It consists in buying an already grown seedling on a farm. Keep in mind that chestnut needs a large area of land. After all, the branches of this tree are very spreading, and the crown is very voluminous. At least five meters around the trunk should be left for each chestnut you planted. This tree needs sunlight. Therefore, choose a place where there will be no shortage of it. However, the seedling will tolerate light shade, provided that all other conditions for proper cultivation are met. Definitely not suitable dark areas.
Before planting a seedling, you need to dig a cubic hole with a face of at least half a meter. Mix the substrate with humus and half a kilogram of dolomite flour. Do not deepen the basal neck so that after the subsidence of the soil, the landing hole remains at a slight height. After planting, water the plant abundantly.

The probability that the seeds will germinate is about 50%. After the young chestnut has grown in a pot or bucket, it should be placed in a permanent place.
