Crepe Paper Tulips
For one flower, you need to take six 8-centimeter rectangles with a width of 3 centimeters. Lay them on top of each other and cut an oval tulip petal. You also cut tall, wide rectangles from green paper (about 10 centimeters long and 5 cm wide). Overlay two rectangles on top of each other and form a wide sheet.
Now adjust the tulip petals. Take the petal in your hands and with your fingers begin to stretch it in opposite directions, creating a convex shape. You can use the tennis ball on which you pull the petal. Further, you also bend the leaves.

First make the core of the tulip. To do this, cut out thin strips of green and yellow paper and twist them into tubes. In green stamens, twist paper with wire and bend one edge into a circle, like a mustache in a butterfly. Press the yellow stamens slightly at one edge into a lump. Next, collect all the stamens along with the wire and wrap them with green paper. It will be a stalk.
Now make the petals. For this, you also cut a wide tulip petal from the rectangle. With your hands, stretch the petal in width and twist the edges in length inward to get a pointed corner. Also, from strips of yellow paper the length of a petal, roll the tubes together with a thin wire. Glue it to the middle of the petal. With it, flowers from crepe paper will acquire the desired bend.
You make six of these petals and attach them to the stem, which you wrap with green paper. Also make wide long leaves. Bend the hands around the edges into tubes, forming a sharp corner. Glue a tube with a wire to the middle and attach to the stem.
