Competence is the key to success

From the point of view of modern sociologists, competence is a structure that is divided into four steps necessary for the full existence of the personality in our world. This includes the ability to learn something new, to do something based on acquired knowledge, to act in a group. The last stage is to be able to act or live independently of other people and circumstances, that is, alone. Each person should have similar social skills, because they allow you to lead a certain lifestyle, work and enjoy it.

Competency is

As mentioned above, competence can have a completely different scope and focus. A person who knows archeology can become an indispensable worker in the excavation of ancient artifacts or entire cities. However, he may not understand anything in pedagogy, and despite the fact that he is a professional and knowledgeable archaeologist, he simply will not be able to transfer his knowledge to others, because he is absolutely incompetent in matters of teaching. Therefore, it can be said that competence is a certain feature that may have borders, or may not have them.

There is such a thing as "social competence of the individual", or its ability to fully exist in society. The foundations of this type of competence vary greatly depending on the state in which a particular subject lives, on the people who surround him, and on his life position. In general, personality has five basic types of competence. The first of them is political. It is not necessary to understand politics and follow all the news. This is an opportunity to work in a group, to participate in collective decision-making, to think about the good of others, and not just about yourself. The second competency is oratory and literate writing.

Social competency
The third is to maintain cultural balance. This is expressed in the manifestation of tolerance, correctness towards other people, their opinions and history, and so on. Number four is the competence in knowing everything new that this world is preparing for us. Well, the last degree of a socially competent person is self-development, to which he must certainly strive.

For each person, competence and competence have a different meaning. Competence is most often manifested in personal characteristics, in private life. Competence is a concept that is perceived in a working context, has a professional foundation. But the most important is the comparison of these two concepts. In this case, any person will be able to show their talents, given by nature, and skills acquired in the process of understanding the world.

Competence and competence

Often, professional or working competence intersects with life experience, and if a person is competent in it, then solving any problem becomes simple and affordable. Anyone who knows how to learn and develop, first of all, is competent in life, therefore, it will not be as difficult for him to know any science as it might seem at first glance. So, it turns out that competence is a life science, which can be known through experience.
