composition of cement-sand mixtures. To begin building at least a small shed in his country house, you need to know a little more about this.
What are they used for?
Cement-sand mixtures (DSP) are used when concreting walls and floors, laying works, for grouting joints, laying tiles, etc. In the initial version, compositions were used, which included only sand and cement.
Modern alternatives
Today it is no longer possible to find the simplest cement-sand mixtures. Thanks to special plasticizers, you can give the composition any property that you need.
So, it is realistic to increase the adhesive properties, accelerate or slow down the solidification of the composition, and also give it fire resistance or resistance to the corrosive effect of sea water. If a dry cement-sand plaster mixture is taken , lime may be part of the composition. This is done to better adhere it to the surface.

Variety M-100
This type of cement-sand mixtures is intended exclusively for plastering work on both internal and external surfaces. It includes lime, cement grade 400, as well as qualitatively washed and sifted river sand. For every ten kilograms of concentrate, two liters of water are taken.
Type M-150
At the moment, this type of cement-sand mixtures is the most common, universally used for repair and decoration works.
Suitable for putty and plastering. Such a wide list of works is due to the fact that builders change the density of the mixture by adding or removing buffer substances and plasticizers. Therefore, there are simply no specific requirements for its dilution.
Mix universal M-200
Like the previously considered option, this composition can be used in several varieties.
- Type for installation and masonry. Most often used for the construction of walls made of brick or concrete.
- Universal variety: both masonry and plastering work can be carried out.
- Of course, there is a specialized cement-sand stucco mixture.

Composition M-300
A specialized view used in the construction of critical structures. It is used for pouring high-strength screeds and making floors, which will have a huge load. The composition includes Portland cement, river sand with a particle size strictly greater than 2 mm, as well as sand with a particle size of 6 mm.
