Well, in fact, he did not disappear, because it is you who are standing on his deck - just now he is known under a different name, half of his systems do not work, and he moves worse than the old wreck. However, everything has its time, and you need to start the story from the very beginning, especially when it comes to a game like X: Rebirth. Passage begins with the fact that your ship is in the midst of a pile of space debris, and a signal breaks into your transmitter - a request for help.
Albion, part 1
Naturally, you are responding to this signal - you have no choice but to continue the storyline in X: Rebirth. Passage begins with the fact that you save a girl named Yisha, who turns out to be a mechanic, a very experienced professional, and is happy to repair several systems of your ship at once. Even then, it becomes clear that this is far from a rusty trough, as it was initially assumed. Now you need to go to the planet that Yisha will tell you to complete the repair of several more systems, as well as equip the ship with normal weapons for a full battle. You will have to fly in search of parts, but when all of them are at your disposal, you can return and improve your ship. Following this, you need to go to a completely different system, where Yishu was already waiting for her friends, but it turns out that you will not be able to get to them right away, so you can go about your business for now. The time has come to add another ship to our disposal - this time a cargo ship, which is parked in the neighboring system. You will have to fight for drones for it, but when you manage, you can get the ship for yourself. Naturally, he will not fly empty, so you will need to fly through different galaxies in search of a captain, engineer and defense officer - these are the three main posts that must be occupied. The rest of the team serves only as an addition to the ship to function more efficiently, which is extremely important in X: Rebirth. Passing after this becomes more interesting, since now you can begin to assemble a chain of ships that will fly with you.
Albion, part 2
Well, now you have to better arm your ship - this is very important in X: Rebirth - Home of Light. The fact is that the battles here are quite complicated, and you are unlikely to want to repair your ship very much each time, so you need to learn how to act tactically and also constantly improve your ship. However, at the moment, the plasma gun is part of the story campaign, and in order to get it, you need to get a hundred energy elements. The fact is that such a tool is not legally sold, so you will need to purchase it on the black market. When you receive EE, go to the station and make an exchange. Immediately after that, Bormann will get in touch - the same person who could not be contacted earlier, after which you went to the cargo ship. He appoints you a meeting place where you safely and go. But there you will find a surprise - a huge fleet of Plutarch, a corporation that embodies everything bad in this game, as well as the open Gate, which this fleet, in fact, protects. It would seem that it would be nice to wait for the convoy, but Yisha decides otherwise - she turns on the accelerators, the ship quickly accelerates and flies into the Gate, after which X: Rebirth - Home of Light begins to develop very quickly and unpredictably.
De Vries, Part 1
It was reported that some kind of new mine was lying behind these Gates, however, as it turns out, it was a lie - there is a peaceful colony of people who were once earthlings until a terrifying conflict unleashed on Earth. Now, if you play X: Rebirth 4.0, you have a lot to learn about these people. And most importantly, protect them. At first, of course, your character is unhappy with what Yisha did, but over time, he will understand that this act will seriously affect the future. And the plans for the return and explanations with Plutarch change to much more radical ones. You need to carefully study everything around and help the settlers, learning as much as possible about what they are. Naturally, you will need to fight the enemy, protecting the weak colonists as far as possible. As it turned out, in the first part of X: Rebirth The Teladi, that is, the main character who controlled the “Albion” was not the last hero in the world. Now this burden is on your shoulders.
De Vries, Part 2
From this moment, much more global fights will begin, so you need to study the system requirements for the X: Rebirth game and check that they match the configuration of your computer. If everything is in order, then you can safely continue. Although how to say it calmly - now the fun is just beginning. Bormann, with whom Yisha collaborates, turns out to be the leader of the uprising against the Plutarch, but when you offer him to direct his forces to defend the colonists whom the Plutarch wants to destroy, he refuses. The fact is that he invested everything in this uprising, and now does not want to ruin everything because of a handful of people, so you have to deal with everything yourself. After you complete a rather impressive number of different tasks, you will find the final confrontation of this chapter - the protection of the civilian fleet, which passes through the Gate. Given the fact that the storyline is very deep here, you should carefully read and listen to everything that is said in X: Rebirth. Russian voice acting for those who do not speak English is a great way out, as it is performed at a high level.
Omicron Lira, Part 1
In the first part of this story chapter, you have to defend the Cantara system, creating factories for producing drones here and organizing defensive orders. Ahead you have a very important battle for the Gate against the Plutarch, which you, unfortunately, will inevitably lose - no matter how you try, you will eventually receive an order to retreat. Gates will be given to the enemy, and you will need to go to another system through the next Gate. Now you find yourself in Omicron Lira, where you are met by the local admiral. You are ordered to forget about the Gates to De Vries, which were lost - but, in fact, this is not interesting to you, you have a whole new galaxy to explore, and with it a sea of new quests. No matter how you are drawn into battle, now you have to think about politics and diplomacy, which is also extremely important in X: Rebirth. Russian voice acting will make the process much simpler and more enjoyable.
Omicron Lira, Part 2
It turns out that the problem is not at all in the “Plutarch”, whose leadership is extremely stupid, since it does not have foresight. The fact is that there is an attack of certain xenons, which gradually capture all the galaxies where you were. De Vries has already fallen under their pressure, and Omicron Lyra will fall very soon. You should spend some time getting a reputation with important people. After that, go to the gates to Malstream - this is where the final battle will be.
Malstream
Well, here you still have a lot to do, that is, to conduct serious preparation for the assault on xenon stations. This will not be an easy task, because you will need to use explosives to destroy them, and all this time there will be a continuous battle. As a result, you still manage to blow up all the stations one by one, clearing the sector of adversity. However, you will immediately receive a message from Bormann that the Plutarch is losing control of Albion - of course, these guys are not good, but this is the only force that can protect the central galaxy of the Universe from xenons. It's time to fly to the rescue! But you can only help in the next part, because this is where the storyline of the game ends - the passage is completed.
Mods
Separately, it is worth mentioning what are the modes in X: Rebirth - they can greatly diversify the gameplay. There are modifications that improve the appearance of both the ship itself and its entire filling, as well as mods that can affect the gameplay. For example, there is such a mod that allows you not to waste time visiting space stations - everything can be obtained simply by being near them. In general, in the case of X: Rebirth, mods can make the game even more interesting, but they certainly won't ruin it.
