The engineer is suitable for conducting fights at short and medium distances. Suitable for players who do not rush forward in PvE to shoot as many enemies as possible. Indispensable in long-term special operations and PvE level “Profi”, where you want to restore the reservation yourself or teammates.
In PvP mode, an engineer is able to change the score in his favor by skillfully mining the frequently used lines of approach to the epicenter of events. One explosion - one frag (if the enemy is not equipped with a helmet that illuminates the installed mines).
In addition, if the engineer is not equipped with a vest that independently restores armor, it is required to find shelters for manual replenishment. Mines are also not endless, because after installing a landmine small arms will be used. Only by respawn will the engineer have the opportunity to plant explosives again. But only in exchange for the old (if one has not yet been blown up).
The best weapon for an engineer
There are a lot of guns at Warface. Each of them is good in its own way. The most commonly used are Kriss Super V and AK-9. Gamers often argue about which is better, therefore it is recommended to have both samples in the arsenal.
It is wise to use Kriss Super V in team battles in PvP: it shoots in bursts, the recoil is extremely small, the 30 rounds magazine allows you to successfully conduct battles at an average distance.
If we are talking about the modes of "Blasting" and "Capture", then AK-9 is desirable: the lethal force is greater, but there are few rounds of ammunition - only 20.
Mining business
The most effective weapon of an engineer in Warface is mines. Good tactics of laying charges allows you to demoralize an entire enemy team. By default, the player comes with a sample M18 Claymore. Not too powerful, but the enemy without bulletproof vest will be laid immediately.
Provides for receiving anti-personnel mines of circular sensory action. More effective than a starter kit, but not for free. However, if the engineer has both samples in the kit, lethality increases by an order of magnitude.
Verdict
An engineer is more often used in PvP modes, since the role in PvE is passive - restore armor to comrades. You can meet this class in missions or special operations only if an in-game event is announced, which implies that a certain task is performed by an engineer.
In other cases, the team simply has a doctor, and the armor restoration service is more than compensated by the appropriate vest.
