VTB Ice Palace in the Park of Legends (entertainment quarter) is the most modern sports arena in Russia, the home venue of the Dynamo Moscow team and the training base of the Russian national hockey team. This is a unique architectural structure located in the very center of the capital.
Description
Throughout the country, only VTB Ice Palace in the Park of Legends accommodates three arenas under one roof. The main consists of 12,000 places. A small arena can host 3,500 spectators. Well, the training holds up to 500 fans.
Two transformer arenas (small and main) are considered the main distinguishing feature of the Ice Palace in the Park of Legends. They allow not only increasing the number of spectators to 14,000 and 5,000, but also make it possible to conduct events of a completely different format in the building. How to get there
VTB Ice Palace in the Park of Legends is located near the former ZIL automobile plant. Literally within walking distance from two metro stations - MCC ZIL and Avtozavodskaya. How to get to the Ice Palace in the Park of Legends?
Metro:
- From the MCC “ZIL” station: after leaving the glass doors, turn left, then go a little straight and left again in front of the Water Sports Complex.
- From the Avtozavodskaya metro station: a reference point is the first car from the center. After passing through the glass doors, turn left and follow the direction of the third transport ring until a ground crosswalk appears. And then follow the sign located on the opposite side of the street.
Ground transportation:
- From Tulskaya metro station: take bus number 9 and get off at the Park of Legends stop.
- From the metro station “Avtozavodskaya”: landmark - the last car from the center. Having overcome the glass doors, go to the turnstiles and turn left. Then follow the public transport stop of the same name. From there, to the "Legends Park" go trolleybus number 26, 67 and bus number 9.
