And another important circumstance is that this is an invaluable type of investment that does not deteriorate over the years, but only adds to the cost. Naturally, this is absolutely not applicable to the adjacent territory of an apartment building, where tenants are constantly changing, and sometimes one has to deal with dishonesty and dishonesty of neighbors.
