Sergey Tkach was born in 1952. Place of birth: Kiselevsk, Kemerovo region. In his native city, he lived in childhood and youth. According to the investigation, during his stay in Kiselevsk Tkach was not engaged in criminal activities. However, the maniac himself did not exclude this, because, according to him, his whole life passed in a fog, so he does not remember much. Having fallen into the hands of law enforcement agencies, the brutal killer began to pretend to be insane, but the forensic medical examination did not confirm this. The boy was the fourth child in the family, his parents practically did not pay attention to him, which became a prerequisite for the appearance of isolation and cruelty, which later turned into manic inclinations. In his youth, the Weaver in terms of physical characteristics lagged behind his peers: he was short and thin. He compensated for these shortcomings by intensely playing sports. One of his hobbies in high school was weightlifting. In this field, he even achieved certain successes: he became the champion of Kiselevsk in lifting the bar among juniors. More than once was in the winners of the championship of Kuzbass in this sport. It is known that Sergey Tkach is even a candidate for master of sports in this discipline. But soon one more was added to children's psychological injuries. Having damaged the tendon on his left hand during training, he forever lost the chance to succeed in big sport.
Another failure
Being a seventh grader, Sergei falls in love with a girl Lida, who was his younger than a year. For a long time they were connected by friendship, and then warmer relations. According to the Weaver himself, he didn’t get to intimacy, and this is exactly what he sought. This is another fact from the life of the future brutal killer, which served as a prerequisite for the development of his sadistic inclinations.
After leaving school, the Weaver is drafted into the army. In the training unit, he receives a military profession (aerial decoder), to serve in which he is sent to the Far North, to Tiksi Bay. While still a soldier of military service, Sergei Tkach, whose biography until a certain point was quite ordinary, entered the Sevastopol Naval School. But he could not study there: at one of the next medical commissions he was not allowed to go further because of serious heart problems. Here is another of his life's turmoil. It must be said that he took the expulsion from school very close to his heart, which is proved by the suicide attempt, which happened almost immediately after his return to Tiksi. He drank vinegar essence, but survived. However, he was fired from the army.
Dog killer
Probably, at this time the need to kill already appeared in his perverted consciousness. After leaving the army, he did not begin to return to his homeland, but remained in Tiksi, allegedly in order to save money.
His kind of activity was the capture of stray and wild dogs. Occupying the position of inspector in the corresponding organization, he almost did not use the official small-caliber gun, preferring to hammer dogs with an iron rod. In the house, which he was allocated at work, he stored the bodies of dead dogs. As an extra income, he was engaged in the sale of dog skins to furriers, who used them to make high fur boots, sleeveless jackets, etc. As Sergey Tkach told at the court, he especially liked to tear off his skins. He killed hundreds of dogs, earning a lot of money in this cruel field.
Soon, the Weaver decided to return to his native Kiselevsk, where he began his criminal activities. At first he did not dare to kill, but sadistic inclinations, fueled by his terrible mockery of dogs, demanded blood. The weaver first began to take revenge on his school offenders, terribly beating and mutilating them.
Service in ATS
Oddly enough, but for his then acts he did not suffer punishment. On the contrary, among other demobilized people who were called to serve in the authorities, he became a police officer. Having received the rank of sergeant, he began to work as a junior inspector of criminal investigation, and after completing the relevant courses he moved to the laboratory of the Internal Affairs Directorate, where he took the position of forensic expert. Often traveling to robberies and killings, revealing the fingerprints of villains, Tkach learned to subtly hide the traces of his own crimes, because subsequently his deeds went unpunished for almost 25 years. Studied the anatomy of the human body, the future maniac, more than once participating in the exhumation. His sophisticated consciousness already captured the way they kill people, then to use knowledge in their eerie activities.
Four years later, Sergei Tkach left the organs. He, having deceived his little son, took him to the Crimea, where his parents lived. His ex-wife Vera, realizing what her husband had done, rushed after him. She flew to Crimea with her first plane and took her son, having resorted to police help.
And the grief-father was closed for a day in the "monkey". Coming out of there, angry and furious, he committed the first murder. The victim was a middle-aged woman, whom he first raped, and then took his life. Sergey Tkach is a maniac, whose biography shows that he had not yet completely degraded, because when he saw what he had done, the man was horrified. He did not expect that he was capable of such atrocities. From a pay phone, the Weaver himself called the police and confessed to the murder. However, the instinct for self-preservation was stronger, and the killer fled the scene. After this episode, he realized his impunity, and cruel bullying became for the Weaver a game that he played for 25 years, again and again tracing the internal organs around his finger and depriving the lives of more and more innocent people.
Sergey Tkach - Pavlograd maniac
Soon, the maniac who has committed several murders is moving to Pavlograd. There he married again, and in 1983 he had a daughter, who was named Nastya. For several years of his life in this city, Sergey committed several dozen crimes, most of which were brutal murders. Nothing stopped him. Neither a small daughter nor a loving wife. At that moment it was no longer a man, but a beast in human form. Believing in his invulnerability, he finally became impudent, killing people even in the afternoon and even in crowded places, each time evading justice. It should be noted that several times he was detained just on suspicion of crimes. But in the absence of evidence, they were all the time released or he paid off with bribes.
The killer Sergei Tkach himself admitted that he had never planned his crimes. According to him, everything happened spontaneously, “on a binge”, when something “jumped” to the head, and he became an uncontrollable animal.
Terrible crimes in the canopies
The next place of residence of the killer was the small town of Pologi, located in the Zaporizhzhya region. By his own admission, at that time he was completely brutalized: he killed and raped indiscriminately. And at night he got drunk until he lost consciousness. Through the court, a total of 32 episodes related to the killings were conducted. He was sentenced to life imprisonment, but this creature, which was born of a man, and later turned into a creepy monster, certainly deserves much worse.
