Briefly about the game
Fallout 4 was released in the fall of 2015. And it is a continuation of the Fallout series of games developed by Bethesda Softworks. Only this time the scene was the Boston area, where several real attractions of this place will be recreated. The game takes place 6 years after Fallout New Vegas.

In the center of Boston there is a settlement called Neighborhood. It was founded in 2240 by one gangster group. All buildings in the city are of the old type, as they were built before the war. They are so close that only small alleys remain between them. There are several interesting places where you can find magazines that provide a certain bonus. In the game Fallout 4, the quest "Silver Cloak" is almost completely tied to the location of the settlement.
Its population is made up of ghouls, robots, tramps, combatants and various criminal figures. This is a very dangerous place. Even the Institute with its enormous influence is not their authority. There is no law enforcement system there. Therefore, if stumbled - wait for lynching.
Especially dangerous
The city is ruled by the mayor - Hancock. He is a ghoul; he can equally become both a friend and an enemy of the character. He likes it when people donate things, choose peaceful and generous dialogue options, and, what is strange, when a character is in a narcotic state or walks naked. But there are things that he hates. Hancock does not like theft, does not tolerate the killing of innocent citizens and dissuasion from drug use.
The next character is the Kent Connolly ghoul. He is the one who activates the quest. He is sitting in the House of Memories in the Neighborhood. Kent broadcasts a popular show on the Galaxy News radio called Silver Cloak. Knowing well the history of the pre-war period, he planned to revive one forgotten legend in order to put an end to crime in the city forever. And the character’s help is just in time.
Whitechapel Charlie (Mr. Assistant) is a robot bartender-cleaner. He works in an institution called "Third Rail". He is the initiator of a pair of tasks in the Neighborhood, one of which is the Silver Cloak quest. Fallout 4 is the only part of the series where this character is available.
There are several more characters: Wayne Dilence, AJ, Cedar, Nortey, Cat Smile, and Xinjin. These are just goals, criminal figures, something like a local organized crime group.
Quest description
In short, one day, being in the vicinity of the Neighborhood, the hero’s Pip-Boy will catch a new radio frequency, which broadcasts the popular Silver Cloak show. The head of the column will be Kent Connolly, who will ask the Survivor to meet him at the House of Memories.
Kent will tell you that the hero of his show actually existed before, and in order to continue his activity, some of the things of a crime fighter are needed. Actually, from this the mission will begin.

After the showdown, you should visit the mayor. Hancock with the hero will appreciate Kent's idea and ask him to fight crime further.
