Ripening dates follow the ripening fruits of the pear "early ripe Michurinsky" and pears "northerner red-cheeked." The taste is somewhat lost during storage. The fruits are quite transportable. Very good for processing. Due to the low degree of self-pollination, trees need pollinators, for which the "memory of Yakovlev" variety is best suited.

After planting, the trees bear fruit in the fifth year. They have annual regular fruiting, the yield of eight-year-old trees is about 120 c / ha. Has a high winter hardiness pear variety "northerner".
